Terms of Service

These terms apply to organisations and users who create or use a Blueskies Care App account. Blueskies Care App is provided by Blueskies Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17244973.

Blueskies Software Ltd provides software for recording and managing care-related information, including notes, checks, communications, diary entries, reports, client information, project information, and exports.

Each organisation is responsible for making sure its users are authorised, trained, and using Blueskies in line with its own policies, legal duties, confidentiality requirements, and data protection responsibilities.

Users must keep login details secure, use personal accounts only, and enter information that relates to legitimate service activity. The app must not be used to store unlawful, irrelevant, or deliberately misleading information.

Free trials may include usage limits, including limits on active users, until billing is activated.

Billing can be activated in the account. Unless agreed otherwise, paid use is charged per active user. Cancellation stops future billing and starts a read-only period during which records remain available for review and export.

After billing ends, the account remains available in read-only mode for 30 days. After that period, live access is removed and records are deleted from our systems after a further 60 days.

Blueskies aims to provide a reliable service, protect account data, and maintain appropriate backups and security controls. Organisations remain responsible for reviewing their records, exporting information they need to keep, and meeting their own regulatory and operational obligations.
