Blueskies Care App is operated by Blueskies Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17244973. The registered office is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

Blueskies Care App is used by supported living and outreach providers to manage care records, checks, communications, reports, and related service information.

When an organisation creates an account, we collect the information needed to set up and manage that account, including organisation details, account holder details, login details, billing status, and support communications.

Organisations using Blueskies may enter personal information about staff, clients, projects, outreach clients, notes, checks, diary entries, messages, reports, and uploaded files. In most cases, the organisation using Blueskies is responsible for deciding what information is entered and why. Blueskies Software Ltd provides the software and hosting used to process that information.

We use personal information to provide the service, keep accounts secure, support users, manage billing, maintain records, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Blueskies Software Ltd uses service providers where needed to host the application, send email, process payments, and maintain backups. Access to information is limited to what is needed to provide and support the service.

Records remain accessible during the active account period and any read-only period after cancellation. After the read-only period ends, live access is removed and records are deleted from our systems after a further retention period, as described in the service terms.

The marketing site does not use non-essential cookies. The app uses essential session cookies for login and security. Unsaved draft text may be held in session-scoped browser storage while the app is being used, and saved drafts are stored in the app.
